In the interest of full transparency, we have developed and implemented a policy governing the processing of personal data, its purposes, and the ways in which data subjects can exercise their rights.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, identification number, location data, online identifier, or one or more factors specific to that person's physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity.

The personal data collected through the Website is primarily used by the Controller to maintain and manage its relationship with you and, where applicable, to process your orders and provide the requested products and services.

Article 7 – Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data

Pursuant to Article 13(2)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, to request the restriction of its processing, to object to the processing of your personal data, and to receive your personal data in a portable format.

Any request must be accompanied by a copy of a valid form of identification, bearing your signature, together with the address at which we can contact you.

You will receive a response to your request within one (1) month of its receipt. Where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests, this period may be extended by a further two (2) months.

Article 8 – Processing of Personal Data

Where the visitor is suspected of violating any applicable law or regulation, and the competent authorities require access to personal data collected by the Controller, such data will only be disclosed upon receipt of an express and duly substantiated request from those authorities. From the moment of such disclosure, the personal data shall no longer be subject to the protections provided by this Privacy Policy to the extent required by law.

If certain information is required to gain access to specific features or services of the Website, the Controller will clearly indicate the mandatory nature of such information at the time it is requested.

Article 9 – Commercial Communications

You may receive commercial communications from the Controller. If you no longer wish to receive such communications, you may opt out at any time by sending an email to remon@kluist.nl.
